Hey!
The pushing rule was implemented today. I can understand that some of you might have problems or questions concerning this new rule. That is why I want to make it clear how it is meant.
The rule itself says that no account may be pushed by another with masses of gold donations or items that the user in question could never afford himself. This makes the game much more fair for all those who do not have friends here, who can push them.
Of course, trading shall not be forbidden in the future. You don´t have to be scared of being banned if you stick to the normal prices on the market. We only want to pick out the extreme guys, who sell a level 1 apple for 50.000 gold (for example).
Of course you can sell rare items, which you bought for 10.000 gold, for 1.000.000 gold, if that is adequate for the item and your server.
Packing gold
Banking is a big and often used tactic and so we don´t forbid that. You are still allowed to save your gold in the packages of someone else. The only thing we force you to is to give the gold back within 24 hours, by using the same item as for the first transaction.
Should be possible
"What about the market fee? I will loose much money" some of you might say now. Of course not
You are allowed to keep the market fee by giving the gold back to the original owner.
Guild contest
Some guilds reward a member for reaching a special goal. That´s a good idea and improves the activity and fun.We appreciate this. We just want to know about it and we want you to wait for the "OK" of the GO, so it does not happen too often.
Some people might try to use this possibility to avoid the rule.
Send a ticket before the contest starts and inform your GO & Pushing specialist about the details of the event:
- what is the event about: reaching x level, winning x battle, raiding x gold, etc;
- how much the reward will be;
- who will pay the reward;
- who will participate in it;
Main Arena Pot split
Many of you split the jackpot of the arena. That´s okay as long as we know about it. Please inform your server GO about such transactions. The rule states that a ticket must be sent within 24 hours after such a battle took place. The ticket can include more than one battle if you did a pot split more than once in 24 hours.
Circus Turma pot split
NOT allowed.
There is no pot splitting in the Circus Turma. What gold you win is yours only.
Okay, I hope this was understandable and helpful so far.
Now one last point: Guild donations!
Some of you PM'ed me and asked if it will be possible to save all the gold at one of your members, most times at the guild master and this person spends all the gold into the guild if he has enough to build the next level of a building.
This will have to stop from now on, a guild member is NOT allowed to keep the gold from the other guild members. The problem is, that we won't have an overview anymore if this would be allowed too, with all the other exceptions. So please save the gold in the packages of all members and make a date when all members have to spend their gold into the guild. This way the building can be built and the gold is still save.
You can use the Warehouse for guild donations/upgrades.
I know, you will not like this point but it is not possible to make it in an other way and I'm sorry.
Next thing is about "Extreme Cases":
In extreme cases a ban can be issued even if the prices, the items were sold for, was adequate.
An extreme case is for example when many items are being sold from a low level player to a high level player, so that the lower one is pulled.
To decide if something is such an "extreme case" is up to the game administration and the pushing specialist.
Please follow it, if there are questions, feel free to ask me.
Example 1:
A high level player buying *20 rings and amulets of *level 1 for *600 gold (less or more) from the same low level player in a matter of minutes/hours/day.
*explanation:
*20 - being the number of item sold by the low level player; this number can vary(more or less than 20)
*level 1 - being the level of the items; can vary as well
*600 gold - being the market/guild market price of the item; can vary (more or less than 600 gold)
Example 2:
Player A and player B.
Player B= level 40 (more or less);
Player A= level 3 (more or less);
The amount of gold can vary;
The number of trades can vary;
04/16/2010 1:00 Player B buys from player A a level 1 ruby ring for 1.000 gold;
04/16/2010 1:01 Player B buys from player A a level 1 malachite pendant for 1.000 gold;
04/16/2010 1:01 Player B buys from player A a level 1 ruby ring for 1.000 gold;
04/16/2010 1:01 Player B buys from player A a level 1 star talisman for 1.000 gold;
04/16/2010 1:02 Player B buys from player A a level 1 gold symbol for 1.000 gold;
04/16/2010 1:02 Player B buys from player A a level 1 ruby ring for 1.000 gold;
04/16/2010 1:02 Player B buys from player A a level 4 bread for 700 gold;
04/16/2010 1:03 Player B buys from player A a level 1 ruby ring for 1.000 gold;
04/16/2010 4:13 Player B buys from player A a level 1 gold symbol for 1.000 gold;
04/16/2010 4:23 Player B buys from player A a level 1 silver ring for 1.000 gold;
04/16/2010 4:53 Player B buys from player A a level 1 gold symbol for 600 gold;
04/16/2010 4:58 Player B buys from player A a level 1 gold symbol for 1.000 gold;
04/16/2010 6:23 Player B buys from player A a level 1 steak for 400 gold;
04/16/2010 6:43 Player B buys from player A a level 1 gold symbol for 1.000 gold;
04/16/2010 6:44 Player B buys from player A a level 1 planks for 870 gold;
04/16/2010 6:44 Player B buys from player A a level 1 sandals for 700 gold;
and so on...
Such trades will be punished according to the rule in effect.
We all know that a player is able to accept a tavern quest at every 30 minutes(15 with pact), if we will see something suspicious then it's clearly that those items are not used for tavern quests.
Unfortunately, we discovered another problem.
We recognized that many of you can live with a 7 day ban and violate the pushing rule to get the gold.
That´s why we changed our tactics and as of now, you´ll have to pay back all illegally received gold.
If you have to pay back the gold will depend on the amount of gold you got and on your levels.
How will you know if you'll have to return the gold back?
You will see in Pillory a permanent ban on the account from the first violation.
Then you have to send a ticket to your GO and discuss it with him.
You´ll have to return the gold within 48 hours after discussing it with the GO, otherwise a permanent ban will follow.
If you know that you already spent the gold you got from pushing, and you will not be able to return it, then don't send a ticket , as it will be useless.
If you have questions, feel free to contact our pushing specialist.
We hope that this will make the game more fair and good to the players who keep to the rules.
A positive information at the end
The Warehouse
You can trade items in the Warehouse for free.
This means it can be used for guild donations and when giving gifts.
You may use the Warehouse to take items from guild mates or to give them items.
Please do not abuse it.
*Exception
Exception making the players who share the same IP and who are not allowed to trade items between them in the warehouse.
*Discount
You may sell an item with a 10%discount.
So if an item has 13.000 gold as value, you may sell it for 11.700 gold.
This is allowed because when high level, packages can get really huge - up to 70 or more pages and the vendors won't have enough space, so you can sell the items in the market.
*Level 1 rings and amulets
These items are allowed to be sold for a maximum of 1.000 gold.
Don't abuse it or it will fall under the extreme case.
*Level 1 recipes
-The level 1 skill and agility recipes can be sold for 10.000 gold.
-The level 1 charisma recipe is allowed to be sold for 15.000 gold, maximum.
-The level 1 constitution,strength and intelligence recipes are allowed to be sold for 5.000 gold maximum.
-The level 1 recipe of damage ("of might") can be sold for 20.000 gold maximum.
So if there are still questions about this rule, feel free to make a ticket ( http://suuport.gladiatus.us ) or to open a thread in the Help & Questions section here in the board ( http://board.gladiatus.us/index.php?page=Board&boardID=9 ).
I hope I was able to help you to understand the rule and I wish you much fun with Gladiatus.
Greetings, Speedbraker!
