"These borders do only count for atacks on lower players. Everyone is allowed to attack someone higher as the other rules allow it." implemented and borders changed.

Quoted
Only attacks in the normal arena count for bashing. Attacks at circus turma and circus omnipotens don´t.

XII. Impersonating staff
It´s forbidden to name oneself like a member of our team.
This rules does not appear, if the team member joined the team before you created your account.
It is forbidden in anyway to tell another player that you were a staff member and to try to get any advantage out of it.
Any violation against this rule will be punished with a permanent ban.

V. Pushing
Pushing is forbidden. Pushing is defined as selling items on the
market or the guild-market without an adequat reward from this player.
Such a reward can be (but is not limited to) another item or
gold. If you aren´t sure if the reward you would like to offer is
considered as adequat, ask a member of the gamestaff.
If the reward can´t be payed immediately, the reward has to be paid
within 48 hours.
Pushing can also be to sell an item for a much higher amount of
gold than the item is worth or to sell an item for less gold than the vendor does.
It is allowed to take an item of another out of the guild warehouse once a week.
Exceptions
Consumable goods (food or upgrades) can be taken out of the guild warehouse twice a day.
It is allowed to sell an item way overpriced to save one´s gold
("banking").
The gold has to be paid back within 24 hours via the same item
that was used for the first transaction, otherwise it is
considered as pushing.
If a player wants to give an item to another player as present, the player has to ask the GameOperator for allowance before.
In case of splitting the jackpot, an informing ticket to the responsible GO is enough. Here is no need to wait for the "OK".

In-game actions such as repeated attacks where the attacked player is being attacked 5 times per day for a duration of 5 days or more, and by that is unable to play the game and build up, can be punished as a normal bashing case.

Pushing is forbidden.
Pushing and Pulling are the same process, just in opposite directions. For the purpose of this rule we will use the term pushing to describe transfer in either direction.
Pushing is defined as the transfer of items or gold without adequate reward to the seller.
This can be done in either the market or guild market.
Items are defined as those material possessions that are acquired from the auction, markets, vendors, quests and dungeon awards. In other words, game items only.
“Reward” is limited to another item of similar value or gold.
Items that are rare can be sold for an amount higher than their value.
If you are not sure if the reward you are offering is adequate, ask a member of the game staff.
The reward must be paid within 24 hours.
Limitations:
It is allowed to sell an item way overpriced to save one’s gold. This is known as Banking. The gold has to be paid back within 24 hours with the same item that was used for the first half of the banking transaction. If there is a problem with the bank, such that items are mixed up or such, PM the server GO and tell them the problem. This will help in stopping an unwanted ban.
Guilds are not to be sold or bought.
If a player wants to give another player a present such as gear, food, upgrades and mercenaries, it must be done in the guild warehouse.
There are no service contracts. No bodyguards, auction watchers, advisors, etc. Bounty Hunters are allowed in the Circus Venatio only.
There is no pot splitting in the Circus Turma. What gold you win is yours only.

Quoted
Notificatiion of Arena pot splits must be done within 24 hours after the battle took place.

Quoted
Guildbashing
Users are allowed to create a new guild every 24 hours at the most, to prevent guildbashing.

Quoted
That means that you aren´t allowed to attack the same target within 24 hours and you may not trade items to each other.
Quoted
That means that you aren´t allowed to attack the same target within 6 hours and you may not trade items to each other.
Quoted
In extreme cases a ban can be issued even if the prices, the items were sold for, was adequate.
An extreme case is for example when many items are being sold from a low level player to a high level player, so that the lower one is pulled.
To decide if something is such an "extreme case" is up to the game administration and the pushing specialist.

VIII. Abuse of the rules and their applications]
Any form, way and or any attempt to get personal profit unfairly out of any staff member's decision is forbidden.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Reporting messages that do not break or point at any breaking of the rules.
- Reporting someone for bashing although you are in an approved war with the other players' guild.
